For the upgrade of this weapon, see Ray Gun Mk II.

The Ray Gun appears in all three of Treyarch's games that feature the zombies game mode. It is the first Wonder Weapon in Zombies, and has been featured in each map since.

It fires green glowing rays that do high damage up until the later rounds. Even during round 30+, it can kill zombies relatively quickly even compared with guns that are Pack-A-Punched.

Porter's X2 Ray Gun[]

The Pack-a-Punched version is called the Porter's X2 Ray Gun. It has double the amount of ammo and damage, aquiring extra damage multipliers that make it effective on later rounds.

Trivia[]

  • The Batteries inserted into the Ray Gun while reloading have written on them "Atomic Cold Cells".
  • If the player looks straight up and quickly straight down, the character's left hand will show (As if it was a third hand/not supposed to appear)
